Two years into the lease on their new Flat Iron District headquarters, AppNexus a young, dynamic NYC tech leader, set their sights on two more floors and a vision for a "vertical campus". 

Ultimately, however, the simple yet bold design of the AppNexus Headquarters reflects and supports the vast creativity and vitality of this internet company's forward-looking team and culture.

This expansion, which tripled their space to almost 200,000sf employs a budget-conscious design approach that celebrates the building's turn-of-the-century architectural detailing and vestiges of two well-known former tenants: rapper, 50 cent and fashion designer, Mark Ecko.
